The Douglas allotments are reserved for residents of the Borough of Douglas; however other local authorities in the Island also provide allotments.
How much will my allotment cost?
The annual charge is £115.55 to be paid in advance. If tenants wish to pay quarterly by direct debit the charge is £35.00 per quarter, amounting to £140.00 for the year.
Half-sized plots annual charge is £57.80. If tenants wish to pay quarterly the charge is £17.50 amounting to £70.00 per year.
Will I have to renew the lease on my allotment?
Yes, allotments are on agreements renewable annually.
