Douglas Borough Council's Big Tidy Up campaign was held on Saturday October 3 when the Mayor of Douglas Councillor Sara Hackman and the Mayoress Councillor Carol Malarkey joined forces with fellow councillors, officers and volunteers to target litter hotspots in the town. Her Worship was also one of a party that cleared an area close by Douglas Market Hall to the rear of the British public house and built a new fence.
