Christmas Tree Recycling

Tree chipper at work Tree chipper at work

Douglas Borough Council provides Christmas tree recycling at various locations around the town.

This service is for disposal of natural trees only.

The trees will be shredded and then recycled as wood chippings for use in the Council's public parks and gardens.

This service is free of charge.

The Council urges individuals to make use of the service and not to bin or dump natural Christmas trees.
